Union Home Mortgage's LMS Internship Program provides a hands-on 3-month summer experience in Strongsville, OH. Interns support the training team by designing and delivering world-class training content for Partners nationwide, administering the LMS, and generating data reports.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and learning advanced eLearning techniques in a real-world mortgage environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 2- or 4-year degree in Information Technology/Systems, Business, Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• Experience with a Microsoft Windows environment and with Word, Excel, Teams.
• Willingness to learn instructional design and video editing tools.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer user accounts, course catalogs, and LMS settings.
• Troubleshoot LMS helpdesk tickets and issues.
• Collaborate with managers and SMEs to develop instructional content.
• Publish and audit courses using eLearning and project tools.
• Analyze loan documents for training purposes.
• Create/edit SharePoint pages for training and other departments.
• Evaluate new LMS applications and features.
• Conduct LMS demonstrations for new hires and loan officers.
• Complete internal/external training on eLearning and mortgage terminology.
• Participate in weekly training huddles and project meetings.
• Generate data reporting and analytics on LMS usage and analytics.
