Abbott is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the Neuromodulation Division in Plano, TX. The role focuses on LMS administration, creating and tracking trainings, and generating reports for management and audits.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 6+ months experience with LMS and related software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist departments in defining training requirements and timelines.
• Work with managers to ensure training availability and completion.
• Set up audiences, trainings, and track in-class and online sessions.
• Develop, run, and distribute reports for management/audits.
• Input content into LMS using organizational naming conventions.
• Maintain regular attendance and compliance with FDA/regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate across levels to support quality and training initiatives.
