Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA required.
• Advanced degree preferred (JD, CPA, MBA or related field).
• Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or finance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight for moderately complex elements of Abbott’s compliance program at the franchise, business unit, regional, divisional, or corporate level.
• Direct the development and administration of OEC education and training, and development and implementation of divisional monitoring plan.
• Identify compliance risk areas and recommend action plans to ECO or direct management.
• Act as direct compliance support for key business activities, including sales and marketing teams.
• Manage monitoring at a business unit level and support audits and corrective actions.
