Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with learning management systems and digital teaching platforms.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise part-time staff and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-three support for the university LMS and tier-one support for other digital teaching platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve complex user and system issues; document troubleshooting activities and resolutions.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate assigned part-time staff who support LMS features and other platforms.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation, knowledgebase resources, and procedures for end-user support.
• Coordinate with vendors and campus partners on implementation, support, and improvements.
