You will supervise part‑time staff, track service metrics, test upgrades, and implement improvements across instructional platforms, ensuring reliable, accessible learning experiences

Qualifikationen

• Master's or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with learning management systems and instructional technologies preferred
• Ability to develop and maintain end-user documentation and knowledge bases

Aufgaben

• Provide tier‑three LMS support and tier‑one support for other platforms
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues; document troubleshooting steps
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate part‑time support staff
• Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and procedures
• Plan upgrades and test new features; coordinate with vendors and IT services
• Collect, analyze, and report support metrics to leadership
• Ensure confidentiality of student and faculty information in line with policy
