Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a highly performing Mouser employee for internal candidates.
• Minimum 1 year of prior relevant work experience for external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an administrator of the Company's Learning Management System.
• Collaborates with TD Manager and HR Partners on training needs analysis.
• Facilitates New Hire Orientation and onboarding programs.
• Designs and develops internal training materials.
• Evaluates training efficiency through metrics and reporting.
