Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Learning Management System Associate to manage the LMS, update course content, and support the Learning & Development team. The role includes troubleshooting LMS issues and generating reports to drive training effectiveness.

The position requires an associate’s degree (or equivalent experience), and about two years in similar training/administrative roles, with preference for LMS experience and familiarity with social services.

Competenze

• Associate's Degree (or a combination of experience and education of 2 years).
• Two years of experience in training work environment, as an administrative assistant, or other similar role.
• Familiarity with social services and related issues.
• Previous work experience with learning management system(s).

Mansioni

• Maintains LMS course catalog and updates offerings for employees.
• Configures and maintains the LMS for the organization; troubleshoots help desk tickets.
• Creates reports/analytics and tests LMS upgrades; ensures content is current.
• Provides scheduling, logistics, and administrative support for Learning & Development trainings.
