Job summary

VOALA in Los Angeles seeks an LMS Associate to support the Learning & Development team. You will manage the LMS catalog, update content, troubleshoot, and provide training to users to ensure a smooth learning experience.

You will also run reports, test upgrades, schedule trainings, coordinate rooms and materials, and assist with logistics and record keeping. Fingerprint clearance and 2 years in training or admin are required, with an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Must pass fingerprint clearance and background check.
• Two years of experience in training or administrative role.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work in office setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain LMS catalog and update course offerings.
• Configure and maintain LMS for the organization.
• Update, publish, and maintain LMS content and assets.
• Troubleshoot LMS tickets and support internal users.
• Create reports/analytics from LMS.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to Learning & Development.
• Schedule training rooms and coordinate materials.
• Ensure learners have proper LMS logins and access.
• Coordinate with HR on learning paths based on hiring/promotions.
• Coordinate outside trainers and facilities.
