Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Learning Management System capabilities.
• Knowledge of the ARMY Distributed Learning Systems.
• Ability to obtain SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ATIS for course stability and performance.
• Recommend and coordinate new technologies including ATIS updates.
• Assist in the development of LMS course frameworks.
• Train Government users on LMS functions.
• Manage enrollment and access for Government users.
• Analyze and report LMS usage and availability.
