A dedicated IT services provider in Fort Sill seeks an LMS Specialist to manage and develop Learning Management System capabilities. The role includes monitoring ATIS stability, providing training to users, and managing course content. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in LMS development and administration, and must be able to obtain a SECRET clearance. Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in developing and sustaining Learning Management System capabilities.
• Ability to obtain SECRET clearance or hold an INTERIM SECRET clearance.
• Flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure stability of ATIS for USAFCOEFS courses.
• Recommend technologies and ATIS updates.
• Serve as SME for LMS course framework development.
• Train Government users on LMS functions.
• Manage enrollment and access for Government users.
• Report LMS usage for Government assessment.
