• Act as a consultant on all compensation-related matters.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to compensation.
• Develop documentation, including plan descriptions, policies, guidelines and processes.
• Create insightful reports and recommendations on compensation trends and adjustments, advocating for strategies that attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure programs comply with laws and regulations.
• Support other human resources activities.
