Responsibilities

• Track and update orders using Schneider’s and railroads’ tools and platforms.
• Provide Operations and Customer Service teams with timely, accurate information.
• Handle railroad waybill responsibilities accurately and promptly.
• Answer railroad-related questions and resolve issues as a resource.
• Build strong business relationships with railroad partners.
• Assess on-time performance and raise service-related issues for resolution.
• Recommend improvements to current processes and implement solutions.
• Maintain and update transit schedules.
