Job summary

Duluth Trading Company in Adairsville, GA is seeking a Labor Management Systems Project Manager to lead LMS deployment and optimization across our fulfillment operations.

You will translate complex technical details into practical, actionable insights for operations leaders and frontline teams, establish engineered labor standards, and partner with IT, Operations, Industrial Engineering and HR to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Operations Management.
• 3+ years of labor management, Industrial Engineering, or fulfillment operations experience.
• Experience leading technology implementations and cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of Labor Management Systems (LMS) such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or Tego.
• Strong communication to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, testing, implementation, and rollout of LMS software across the enterprise.
• Validate, maintain, and implement Engineered Labor Standards; analyze productivity and improve efficiency.
• Analyze LMS data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead LMS projects with timelines, resources, risks, and scope management.
• Deliver training and drive on-site adoption for leadership and frontline teams.
