Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions is hiring an LMS Product & Solutions Analyst to optimize learning technology, reporting, and data quality. You will connect business needs with Salesforce, the LMS, and other tech solutions to drive performance and continuous improvement.

You will lead LMS administration, analytics, and requirements work, partnering with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Educational Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Three or more years in business analysis, reporting, LMS administration, or related role.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard development.
• Experience administering or supporting an LMS or enterprise application.
• Strong requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and process documentation.
• Ability to validate data and communicate findings to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Ability to coordinate issues through resolution with stakeholders and IT.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain learning plans, curricula, audiences, assignments, due dates, recurrence settings, and completion requirements in the LMS.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs in Salesforce, LMS, and contracted solutions.
• Translate business needs into technology solution recommendations and document requirements.
• Document integrations and data flows with owners, dependencies, and schedules.
• Collaborate with vendors, APM IT, and internal teams on approved enhancements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
