Job summary

Par Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Learning Management Systems to lead the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of GxP training systems across sites.

You will serve as the SME for learning technologies, compliance reporting, and data governance, partnering with Quality, IT, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant training records and programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Quality, Information Systems or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience supporting global or multi-site GxP training programs and processes.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience with advanced administration of ComplianceWire.
• Demonstrated experience with validation principles and documentation.
