Job summary

CamWebDir is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support site learning and training compliance programs, ensuring QMS and regulatory alignment. The role collaborates with SMEs, Quality, and L&D to translate compliance needs into effective learning solutions.

The ideal candidate has GxP/GMP experience, instructional design skills, and a data-driven approach to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in a hybrid West Point environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering instructor-led training, eLearning, and job aids.
• Experience with regulatory/compliance training in a GxP environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, update, and sustain training content aligned with adult learning principles and site standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Quality, and L&D to define learning objectives and close performance gaps.
• Review and improve training content for accuracy, relevance, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage LMS and curriculum activities, including assignments and updates.
• Use digital tools to enhance learner experience and scalable training delivery.
• Communicate status, risks, and drive timely completion of tasks.
• Provide flexible support including off-shift coverage for production floor training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
