700Credit, LLC is seeking an Entry Level Client Enrollment Specialist to support client training on our LMS platform and manage dealer migrations from our platform or partner platforms. The role emphasizes client relationships and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is early in their career, ready to own end-to-end migrations, and to serve as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding and migration processes with a focus on accuracy and customer

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong client relationship skills with the ability to manage multiple demands.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a performance-based and structured environment with high ethics.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through process improvement during LMS training and migration.
• Follow migration standards and documentation to ensure successful setup.
• Handle LMS support cases as they arise.
• Address Adverse Action inquiries from dealer clients' consumers.
• Coordinate with setup, implementation, support, and customer success teams.
• Track all client communications for reference and reporting.
• Drive project completion and elicit customer satisfaction.
• Identify and surface referral opportunities for compliance solutions.
• Support colleagues and contribute as a positive team member.
• Manage client migrations end-to-end from onboarding to completion.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the migration.
• Handle escalations and internal communications during training and migration.
