Job summary

The Fay Group is a diversified real estate and mortgage services firm seeking a Learning Specialist to manage the Learning Management System (LMS), enroll learners, deploy courses, and report on learning data. You will also reconcile data with UKG and Active Directory while supporting the design and implementation of learning programs.

• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS databases.

Responsibilities

• Administer Learning Management System (LMS) including curriculum configuration and course deployment.
• Enroll learners, troubleshoot, and report LMS data.
• Reconcile data with UKG and Active Directory.
• Coordinate training programs, logistics, and enrollment management.

Learning Specialist is responsible for administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and deployment of online learning. This includes managing configuration of curriculum, deployment of courses, enrollment of learners within the LMS, troubleshooting and reporting on all related data. The position also manages the reconcilement of data with UKG and Active Directory.

In addition, the Learning Specialist effectively assists the design, development, and implementation of learning programs at Fay. Key responsibilities include training coordination, managing logistics, developing learning aids, survey management, and enrollment administration. The role manages the collection, reporting, analysis of all learning programs, processes, participation, and related metrics.

Qualifications Include

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field; High school diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience as LMS Administrator, Training Coordinator, Training Support, or similar roles preferred.
• Prior experience utilizing project management skills; demonstrated project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in developing training and/or communication materials and collateral.
• Working knowledge and interest in training preferred.
• Experience with varied feedback/survey tools, methods, and reports preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience working with learning or HRIS databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

• The hourly range for this position is between $26.44 to $36.06 hourly
• This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
