Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years administering an LMS or supporting learning operations and onboarding.
• Experience administering an LMS that supports blended learning.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with virtual training tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical, project coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel ~10–15% and to work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Administer the LMS: user access, curricula, certifications, compliance tracking.
• Maintain LMS functionality: user support, troubleshooting, optimization, UX improvements.
• Monitor training compliance and partner with leaders to ensure timely completion.
• Manage digital learning content and LMS documentation (procedures, workflows, job aids).
• Support organization-wide learning initiatives, employee engagement, and retention.
