Job summary

Texas A&M University seeks a Learning and Instructional Design Support Specialist I to assist faculty with LMS and instructional technologies, ensuring high‑quality hybrid and online courses within Mays Business School.

You will deliver training, troubleshoot LMS challenges, maintain guides, and collaborate with Learning Delivery and Learning Quality units to prepare and launch courses successfully.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• No prior experience is required.
• Two years of experience interfacing LMS with faculty is preferred if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots LMS and instructional technologies to support faculty and students.
• Provides just-in-time training and guidance through ticketing and collaboration tools.
• Develops and updates user guides, tutorials, and documentation for supported technologies.
• Supports course preparation and updates to assignments, due dates, and materials prior to delivery.
• Facilitates LMS-related training during workshops and course terms.
• Monitors data and feedback to inform improvements in instructional delivery.
