Texas A&M University’s Teaching & Learning Innovation team seeks a Learning and Instructional Design Support Specialist I to support hybrid and online courses for Mays Business School. This role assists faculty with LMS usage and instructional technologies, providing technical support and just-in-time guidance.

You will help create docs, trainings, resolve LMS challenges, and collaborate across Learning Delivery and Learning Quality units to ensure high-quality course experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience assisting faculty with LMS and instructional technologies.
Strong knowledge of instructional design concepts.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots LMS issues and provides faculty support.
Delivers just-in-time training and workshops for faculty.
Develops and maintains user guides and tutorials.
Supports course preparation and updates before delivery.
Tracks feedback data to inform improvements.
