Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Learning Platform Experience Designer to lead end‑to‑end implementation and configuration of enterprise LMS, HRIS, and Talent Management platforms for government clients, leveraging cloud solutions and low‑code/no‑code tools.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, manage data migrations, testing, and adoption, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives while working within Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building and deploying training in an enterprise LMS, HRIS, or talent management systems in a cloud‑based environment.
• Experience applying strategic design principles and collaborating with designers, developers, or SMEs.
• Experience using low‑code/no‑code and SaaS platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Cornerstone OnDemand, Salesforce, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience developing SOPs and templates to scale training output.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering, business process analysis, and technical solution design.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, process modernization, or enterprise technology adoption initiatives.
• Experience working within Agile environments and collaborating with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation and configuration of LMS, HRIS, and Talent Management platforms.
• Configure workflows, permissions, user roles, dashboards, reporting, and business processes.
• Design and implement low‑code/no‑code solutions that automate manual processes.
• Develop integrations between LMS/HRIS/TMS and identity management systems using APIs and middleware.
• Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into solutions.
• Support data migration, validation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Build staging, testing, and production environments and support release management.
• Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver platform improvements.
• Analyze performance, adoption metrics, and outcomes to identify improvements.
