Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Learning Platform Experience Designer to design, implement, and optimize cloud-based LMS, HRIS, and TMS solutions for government clients. You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures, configure workflows, and drive digital transformation across platforms.

You will partner with stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver secure, scalable learning technology and measure impact on workforce readiness and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building and deploying training in an enterprise LMS/HRIS/TMS in a cloud-based environment.
• Experience applying strategic design principles and working with designers, developers, or subject matter experts.
• Experience using low-code/no-code SaaS platforms such as Power Platform, ServiceNow, CSOD, Salesforce, or Adobe CreativeCloud.
• Experience developing SOPs and templates to scale training output.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering, business process analysis, and technical solution design.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise technology adoption initiatives.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of enterprise LMS, HRIS, and Talent Management platforms.
• Configure workflows, permissions, user roles, dashboards, reporting capabilities, and business processes.
• Design and implement low-code/no-code solutions that automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop integrations between LMS, HRIS, Talent Management, identity management, and enterprise business systems using APIs, web services, middleware, and automation platforms.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support data migration, validation, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
• Build staging, testing, and production environments while supporting release management processes.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver iterative technology enhancements and platform improvements.
• Analyze system performance, user adoption metrics, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to implementation teams while supporting client modernization initiatives.
