Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Learning Platform Experience Designer to design, implement, and optimize cloud-based LMS, HRIS, and TMS solutions for government clients. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying training in an enterprise LMS/HRIS/TMS in a cloud-based environment.
  • Experience applying strategic design principles and working with designers, developers, or subject matter experts.
  • Experience using low-code/no-code SaaS platforms such as Power Platform, ServiceNow, CSOD, Salesforce, or Adobe CreativeCloud.
  • Experience developing SOPs and templates to scale training output.
  • Experience conducting requirements gathering, business process analysis, and technical solution design.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise technology adoption initiatives.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

As a Learning Platform Experience Designer, you'll support learning technology and digital transformation enterprise workforce modernization initiatives across government clients. In this role, you will design, configure, implement, integrate, and optimize cloud-based Learning Management Systems (LMS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and Talent Management Systems (TMS) that improve workforce readiness, employee development, and organizational performance.
