Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Learning Platform Developer to design and implement cloud-based LMS, HRIS, and TMS for federal clients. You will lead end-to-end configurations, integrate systems, and automate processes using low-code/no-code and SaaS platforms.

Collaborate with stakeholders, architect scalable solutions, and guide data migration, testing, and user adoption to deliver measurable outcomes. Applicants should have security clearance readiness and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and configuring enterprise LMS, HRIS, or talent management systems in a cloud-based environment.
• Experience leading system implementation activities: configuration, testing, deployment, data migration, and user training.
• Experience developing applications, workflows, automations, or integrations using low-code/no-code and SaaS platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), or Salesforce.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering, business process analysis, and technical solution design.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, process modernization, or enterprise technology adoption initiatives.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of LMS, HRIS, and Talent Management platforms.
• Configure workflows, dashboards, reporting, permissions, and business processes.
• Develop integrations between LMS, HRIS, Talent Management, identity management, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver platform enhancements and improvements.
• Analyze system performance, user adoption metrics, and business outcomes for continuous improvement.
