Job summary

Kawasaki Motors Retail Finance (KMRF) seeks a dynamic Sales Training & Development Specialist to design, build, and deliver sales training across the organization. This role serves as the primary hands-on resource for FPSM development and certification on Kawasaki's captive sales platform.

You will lead onboarding, manage LMS content, and deliver virtual and in-person sessions for internal teams and dealership partners while tracking training metrics to drive adoption and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience delivering training, facilitation, or instruction; retail lending/financial services training preferred.
• Strong technical proficiency with LMS, virtual training tools, and content development software.
• Excellent group presentation, facilitation, and communication skills; able to engage audiences of varying sizes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the training platform and onboarding curriculum for FPSMs.
• Lead onboarding and ramp-up programs with structured onboarding and certification.
• Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions for internal teams and dealership partners.
• Own KRS system training for newly onboarded dealerships with quarterly touchpoints.
• Develop and update training materials including presentations, guides, videos, and e-learning modules.
• Administer and optimize the LMS and associated training platforms.
