Job summary

Kawasaki Motors Retail Finance (KMRF) is seeking a dynamic Sales Training & Development Specialist to design, build, and deliver training across the organization. This role serves as the primary hands-on training resource for FPSM development and onboarding, ensuring readiness for certification and successful launches.

The Specialist will drive onboarding, partner with Sales leadership, and deliver engaging training sessions for internal teams and dealership partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Education, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience delivering training, facilitation, or instruction; experience in retail lending, originations, or financial services training preferred.
• Experience administering or building content in LMS, virtual training tools, and content development software.
• Proven group presentation and facilitation experience with the ability to engage large audiences.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; ability to learn new dealer-facing tools quickly.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into practical training.
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Kawasaki's training platform and onboarding curriculum.
• Drive new-hire onboarding and ramp-up through structured onboarding and certification.
• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for internal teams and dealership partners.
• Own KRS system training for newly onboarded dealerships with quarterly touchpoints.
• Develop standardized training materials: presentations, job aids, guides, videos, e-learning modules.
• Administer and optimize the LMS and related platforms with content updates and tracking.
• Support change management through new programs, policy updates, and system enhancements.
• Serve as SME and support resource for sales training questions from teams and partners.
• Refresh dealer network with coaching, follow-ups, and best practices.
