The role works cross-functionally with Sales, Credit, Funding, and OEM Field Sales, and reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Sales Strategy and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain Kawasaki's captive branded sales certification platform and FPSM onboarding curriculum.
  • Support and drive sales new-hire onboarding, partnering with Sales leadership to prepare and ramp new team members through structured onboarding and certification.
  • Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for internal teams and dealership partners across all captive finance needs.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and support resource for sales-related training questions from internal teams and dealership partners.
  • Reinforce best practices across the dealer network through refreshers, follow-ups, and targeted coaching.
  • Review training data and completion metrics to assess training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to content and delivery.
  • Partner with the Dealer Onboarding & Sales Support Coordinator on session scheduling, enrollment, logistics, and training communications.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to originations, dealer experience, and operational readiness.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience delivering training, facilitation, or instruction; experience in retail lending, originations, or financial services training preferred.
  • Demonstrated excellence with technology and software platforms, including hands‑on experience administering or building content in learning management systems (LMS), virtual training tools, and content development software.
  • Proven group presentation and facilitation experience, with the ability to command a room and engage audiences of varying sizes and experience levels; prior classroom, workshop, or large‑group training experience required.
  • Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn new dealer‑facing and internal technology tools quickly.
  • Proven ability to translate complex financial and operational concepts into clear, practical training for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support dealer and sales training initiatives.
Profile Differentiators:
