Louisville Urban League is seeking an LMS Coordinator to plan and deliver senior digital upskilling for the Urban Seniors Jobs Program. You will manage the Learning Management System to provide accessible digital literacy training and career-readiness content for adult learners returning to work.

The role involves coordinating in-person and distance learning, onboarding new participants, tracking training hours, and collaborating with staff to tailor curricula to diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or related professional experience in workforce development or education.
• At least two years of experience in career coaching, workforce development, or a similar role.
• Experience working with adult learners or underserved populations.
• Proficient with digital tools and online job search platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; mentoring and coaching mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate LMS-based digital upskilling classes for USJP.
• Manage and support the LMS, including enrollment and training tracking.
• Coordinate on-site and distance learning, content development, and onboarding.
• Maintain participant records and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with staff and partners to align training with labor market needs.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance to users and troubleshoot issues.
