Job summary

Tampa Electric Company is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist in Florida to manage the enterprise LMS, maintain learning records, and publish digital content. You will handle user support, reporting, and governance to ensure a reliable learning experience across company affiliates.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant LMS experience, with familiarity in Articulate 360 and SCORM/xAPI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3 years of experience supporting or administering a learning management system or comparable technology platform.
Experience with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools; SCORM/xAPI/AICC.
Experience with L&D in a regulated environment; strong reporting and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Administer LMS including users, catalogs, curricula, certifications, and compliance activities.
Maintain accurate learning records and metadata; run standard reports and resolve issues.
Publish and test digital learning content; coordinate testing with SMEs and vendors.
