Job summary

ArtCenter College of Design seeks an experienced Manager, Digital Teaching and Learning to oversee the College’s LMS and digital learning platforms. This role partners with IT and academic stakeholders to support faculty, staff, and students in leveraging learning technologies.

The position includes documentation, training material development, and ongoing platform improvements. Remote, hybrid, or on-site work with three days onsite is possible, and travel between campuses may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant IT/education tech experience.
• At least 3 years’ LMS administration in higher education.
• Familiar with Canvas LMS, Turnitin, and learning tech tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LMS and DTL vendor contracts and consultants.
• Administer Canvas and related platforms; troubleshoot education tech issues.
• Develop and deliver demos and training materials for faculty and staff.
• Document updates to DTL/CITL tools and provide user support.
• Support faculty with course design, accessibility, and student engagement.
