Job summary

GO Media, the engine behind Gladwell Practice Solutions, is seeking a Learning Systems & Design Specialist to own the GPS LMS end-to-end. You will design engaging programs, manage operations, and shape learner journeys with data-driven improvements.

With 3+ years in LMS-related roles, you’ll collaborate across learning, marketing, and operations, delivering measurable impact in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in classroom teaching, LMS administration, learning operations, learning design, or a related role.
• Strong experience managing LMS platforms - Absorb preferred.
• Experience supporting the development and delivery of digital learning programs.
• Confidence using learner feedback and basic reporting to improve programs and learner experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded, with the ability to coordinate multiple course designs and launch timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work 5 days a week in a highly collaborative on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the GPS LMS and learning experience end-to-end.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design and build active, engaging programs.
• Drive operational excellence and use data to improve impact.
• Build learning journeys, pathways, and program structures inside the LMS.
• Track learner engagement, progress, and feedback to identify improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with learning, marketing, and operations teams.
