This role requires on-site work in Omaha and offers a competitive salary range of $110,000-$140,000.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience administering enterprise-level LMS or LXP platforms.
• Experience developing digital learning content using tools.
• Experience integrating LMS platforms with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer Gallup’s global LMS platform ecosystem.
• Manage LMS configuration, permissions, content structures, and integrations.
• Monitor LMS usage and learner behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
