Instructional Designer
About QuikStor
QuikStor has served the self-storage industry since 1987 with management software, gate access security, and payment technology. Under new ownership since 2021, we rebuilt our platform from the ground up and launched the next generation of our self-storage management software in 2024. Storage operators across the country, from single-facility owners to large multi-site management groups, run their businesses on QuikStor every day.
Role Overview
We are hiring an Instructional Designer to own how QuikStor teaches. Our software touches every part of running a storage facility, from move-ins and payments to gate access and reporting. Today most of that knowledge lives in the heads of our support and implementation teams. Your job is to turn it into a structured, self-serve learning program for our customers and our employees.
You will own our learning management system end to end, design the curriculum, and build the content. This is a design and program ownership role, not a classroom role. You build the engine that delivers everything else.
