Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking a Training Solutions Specialist to bridge the Mx organization and CAE, focusing on courseware and learning technologies. You will implement innovative learning solutions, collaborate on LMS deployment, and explore AI-driven tools to enhance learner engagement and performance.

You will lead incubations of new technologies, integrate them into CAE’s ecosystem, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project targets and improve training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, or similar fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Proficient in Office 365 tools.
• Experience with managing timeline driven projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement and Manage LMS solutions: liaise with technology vendors and oversee deployment and ongoing management of the LMS platform.
• Utilize AI tools to support the creation of engaging courses with formats like SCORM, videos, PDFs, and interactive quizzes.
• Act as BAMT lead for incubating new scalable technologies to improve training delivery for Maintenance Technicians.
• Coordinate with MX Courseware & Training Experience Leader to ensure on-time, on-budget courseware from the GTP team.
