The LMS Administrator supports ENFRA’s enterprise learning strategy by managing the day‑to‑day operations, configuration, and optimization of the UKG Learning Management System. This role is responsible for building curricula, assigning training, tracking completion, answering user questions and maintaining system integrity. The LMS Administrator partners with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless user experience and robust learning infrastructure that supports ENFRA’s workforce training and development efforts across field and corporate environments.
