Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Education Technology, IS, or related field.
• 2+ years of LMS content creation or admin experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Standardize online training delivery methods and tools with stakeholders.
• Create online courses and eLearning objects; perform reviews before go-live.
• Administrate and enroll learners in the LMS.
• Liaise with clients to troubleshoot LMS issues.
• Generate learner progression reports for clients and leadership.
• Maintain logical, user-friendly structure in content management systems.
