• Design and Develop Training Programs: Create engaging and effective training materials, courses, and workshops tailored to goals and employee development.
• Monitor and Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Use feedback and metrics to measure impact and improve programs.
• Support Employee Development and Career Growth: Align training with career paths and organizational development strategies.
• Assess Training Needs: Identify skill gaps through surveys and performance evaluations.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends and Best Practices: Research and adopt new training technologies and compliance requirements.
