Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking an LMS Administrator to oversee the ongoing administration, optimization, and support of the trade sales LMS. You will partner with L&D and IT to ensure effective learning delivery and system alignment with business needs.

The role requires 3+ years on LMS platforms, strong organizational and communication skills, and a focus on analytics, content quality, and learner success across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System.
• Working knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning standards.
• Experience supporting reporting, learning paths, and virtual learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including configuration, updates, and system optimization.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and provide learner and administrator support.
• Upload, organize, maintain, and quality-check learning content and learning journeys.
• Troubleshoot LMS technical issues and coordinate with IT and vendors for escalated support.
• Build and maintain learning paths, curricula, certifications, and onboarding programs.
• Generate and analyze LMS reports to support compliance, training effectiveness, and business insights.
• Support virtual training, webinars, and L&D processes to ensure smooth learning delivery.
