CareNow, part of HCA Healthcare, is hiring a Limited Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) to provide radiology services and support to the clinic team. The role includes performing radiology procedures, quality checks, and in-house lab tests, while maintaining detailed records and collaborating with staff to ensure high patient satisfaction.

Cross-training for front desk duties is possible, and occasional shifts or location floats may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated from an accredited school of Radiological Sciences.
• LMRT license in Texas.
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is beneficial.
• Ability to obtain a BLS Certification within 30 days of start.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must obtain a Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months of employment or promotion.

Aufgaben

• Perform timely and quality radiology procedures for evaluation and treatment by the attending physician.
• Perform quality control checks/audits on radiologic equipment.
• Perform drug screens, urinalysis and other in-house lab tests including processing specimens for reference laboratories.
• Maintain records and logs on activities including in-house lab work, drug screens, and x-rays sent out to other labs.
• Work closely with clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Follow occupational procedures and the patient flow, including front desk coordination as needed.
• May work alternate shifts and float to other clinic locations.
