Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector seeks a detail-oriented LMR System Administrator to support secure Land Mobile Radio operations at a government site. You will monitor, analyze logs, and drive security enhancements, coordinating with security and tools teams for compliance.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and office presence at the Columbia, MD site, with a strong focus on incident response and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience administering, monitoring, or supporting mission-critical communications, infrastructure, network, or security systems.
• Working knowledge of system logging, log review, vulnerability scanning, and security monitoring concepts.
• Ability to analyze scan results, identify trends, and recommend remediation steps.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and clear documentation of findings.

Responsibilities

• Support operation, monitoring, security, and improvement of the LMR environment.
• Review logs, scans, and system reports to identify issues and remediation actions.
• Collaborate with tools and security teams to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate updates with vendors and service providers to ensure security compliance.
