Ellie Mental Health in Framingham is a locally owned and operated outpatient mental health clinic. We are seeking LMHCs or LICSWs who want to join a practice full time, with the opportunity to supervise pre-licensed clinicians needing supervision hours. We are located right off I-90, in a cozy space that is on the first floor, accessible to all those who are receiving services.

As a full time, licensed clinician and supervisor, you will be passionate about cultivating a work environment that values employee well-being, team collaboration, and life-long learning, all in the interest of the clients served in our outpatient treatment setting.

Position Responsibilities

• Ability to assess, diagnose, and create/implement/maintain treatment plans
• As a full-time clinician/supervisor, you must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client sessions each week
• Complete all documentation within assigned time frames
• Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings
• Ability to supervise a team of clinicians
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university
• Independent licensure – LMHC or LICSW
• Must be licensed for a minimum of 3 years
• At least 1-year supervisory experience
• Able to teach and implement at least 2 evidence-based practices in sessions and in supervisions
• Able to maintain appropriate boundaries as a clinician as well as a supervisor
