Job description

Lead Clinician – Behavioral Health - Psychologist or Master’s Level Therapist – Boston Area
  • Full-time

Exciting opportunity on an Integrated Healthcare Team leading and supervising 8-10 therapists and psychopharmacology providers.

Duties:

  1. Direct patient care.
  2. Promoting teamwork.
  3. Supervising therapists.
  4. Helping to create staff trainings.
  5. Working with a wide variety of patients from different cultures with a range of mental health concerns.
  6. Tailoring case loads to interests.
  7. Working with the director of behavioral health to implement programming and foster medical integration at the site.
  8. Collaborating with other managers in the development of team-based workflows, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing patient care.

Qualifications:

  1. Psy.D, Ph.D, LMHC or LICSW Licensure Required.
  2. 2 years post-licensure practice experience preferred.
