Blue Rose Research is hiring a product‑focused engineer to build a new generation of AI‑powered products. You’ll turn user goals into ideas, UX designs, and production code, collaborating with researchers and engineers to ship usable tools.

This role blends design sensibility with hands‑on coding in a fast‑paced political research environment. The position emphasizes building AI‑driven interfaces, showing uncertainty and citations clearly, and working with coding agents to move quickly without

Qualifications

6+ years as product engineer, full‑stack engineer, or designer–engineer hybrid.
Strong product and UX instincts with ability to critique flows.
Hands‑on experience building products on top of LLMs.
Experience using coding agents to move fast without sacrificing quality.
Understanding how to use human annotations to encode expertise into AI.
Familiarity with visual and interaction design; Figma is a plus.

Responsabilités

Design and build end‑to‑end features for collaborative AI/human workflows.
Create products showing AI output with clear uncertainty and citations.
Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and engineers to solve ambiguous problems.
