Job summary

Mentor Talent Acquisition is building LLM-powered tools to shape AI-native research platforms. As an early engineer, you’ll design and ship frontier products, and work directly on high-impact LLM applications and systems.

You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to turn ideas into fast, scalable tools, influence product direction from day one, and help define our engineering culture, pace, and principles.

Qualifications

• Shipped full-stack projects end-to-end (bonus for startup or early-stage experience)
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to shape product vision
• Build things that feel futuristic but are incredibly useful
• Proficient in TypeScript & PostgreSQL

Responsibilities

• Design and ship frontier products that rethink how humans interface with research and data
• Work directly on high-impact LLM applications and systems
• Collaborate closely with clients to turn ideas into fast, scalable tools
• Influence product direction and technical architecture from day one
