Job summary

The University of Texas at Dallas is seeking a program assistant under the LLC team to develop and facilitate diverse student programs, partnerships with faculty, and marketing initiatives. The role includes managing applications, auditing enrollments, and assisting in assessment and program evaluation.

The position requires a Bachelors degree and 1+ year of related experience, with a preferred Master’s in Residential Life and experience in StarRez/Orion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1+ year related work experience.
• Equivalent education/experience acceptable.
• Master’s degree with 3–5 years in Residential Life (preferred).
• Experience with student management, assessment and database management, training, faculty relationship building, social media management, video and photo editing, StarRez and Orion.

Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate, and attend weekend/evening/virtual/in-person student programs (social, academic, pre-professional).
• Develop promotional materials for events and student programs.
• Develop and maintain faculty relationships.
• Manage 2–3 student staff.
• Compile reports including program attendance, faculty involvement, and assessment.
• Manage application process and audit course enrollment.
• Serve as primary contact with Residential Life Coordinator.
