Job summary

GreenPeople Supplements is seeking a Live Stream Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day live market broadcasts across major platforms in the US. You will ensure high-quality, engaging streams and drive performance metrics while scaling livestream sales.

You will coordinate hosts, products, and campaigns; manage OBS, camera, lighting, and audio setups; and work with warehouse teams on logistics. This role reports to the Live Commerce team and emphasizes data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in live video production or live commerce.
• Proficient with OBS, Streamlabs, and TikTok Live Studio.
• Ability to manage multiple live shows and go-live checklists.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate livestreams with hosts, products, and campaigns.
• Manage technical operations: cameras, lighting, audio, and streaming software setup.
• Maintain inventory readiness and coordinate post-show logistics with warehouse teams.
• Monitor real-time metrics and optimize CTAs, bundles, and offers during streams.
• Analyze post-stream performance and implement improvements for future episodes.
• Collaborate with hosts, marketing, and product teams on content strategy and brand messaging.
• Train and oversee production crew and freelancers to ensure high broadcast quality.
• Implement checklists and backup plans to minimize downtime and errors.
• Stay updated on livestream trends and compliance around nutrition claims.
