Job summary

Laramie County Fair is seeking an organized administrator to oversee all livestock and animal-related operations under the Fair Manager. You will coordinate shows, manage data, and serve as the primary contact for exhibitors, veterinarians, and partners. The role requires strong planning, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-stress situations.

On-site opportunity with evenings and weekends as needed; valid driver's license required; prior livestock or event experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; agriculture/event mgmt preferred.
• 2+ years in admin, event coordination, or livestock operations.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate livestock shows—scheduling, logistics, facility use.
• Oversee livestock rules, policies, and procedures.
• Primary point of contact for exhibitors, judges, and partners.
• Provide on-site supervision of livestock areas during the Fair.
