North West Rubber Ltd. is seeking an Animal Comfort & Performance Advisor (ACPA) to expand dealer networks and promote Animat solutions across Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Canadian provinces.

You will train dealer teams, perform farm assessments, and demonstrate ROI to drive adoption and growth. The role requires deep knowledge of dairy/beef farming practices, strong advisory skills, and willingness to travel extensively to farm visits and industry events.

Formación

• University degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales, advisory, or technical support experience in agriculture industries.
• Strong understanding of dairy and/or beef farm operations and farmer needs.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing dealer accounts and promote Animat solutions.
• Deliver training programs and provide technical support for dealer teams.
• Advise farmers on optimizing animal comfort, health, and herd performance with Animat solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
• Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and dealer performance; report insights to leaders.
