Job summary

Tennyson Electric LLC in Livermore, CA seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead project planning and execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. You will manage resources, track costs, maintain schedules, and provide updates to stakeholders. Strong communication, organization, and experience with Caltrans/public works is preferred.

This role requires 2–4 years PM experience, a bachelor’s in a related field preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of project scope and objectives.
• Strong planning and resource management abilities.
• Experience with budgeting and cost tracking for projects.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Experience leading projects through full life cycle.
• Caltrans/state public works experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly understand project scope and objectives.
• Manage resources to reach objectives efficiently.
• Understand project budget prepared by Estimating team.
• Track project costs to meet budget.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Respond to customer communication within 24 hours.
• Prepare monthly billings for submission to accounting.
• Identify scope changes and prepare change orders.
• Utilize industry best practices and standards throughout execution.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Measure performance to identify improvements.
